Yvette L. Ashworth

Attorney-at-Law

Yvette Ashworth is a native Texan, graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Accounting. After graduating magna cum laude from Georgia State University School of Law, Yvette settled down with her husband near the beach in Florida. Four kids later and following thousands of hours devoted to her children, the Boy Scouts of Amercia, Parent-Teacher Associations, booster clubs, and her church, Yvette moved to Arizona to start practicing law full-time at Johnson & Associates.

Yvette's primary practice areas are Guardianships and Conservatorships, Estate Planning, and Estate and Trust Administration. During college, Yvette lived with and assisted her grandmother, Fayme, so that she could live independently for a few more years. Shortly after moving out, Fayme, who was diagnosed with dementia, moved in with Yvette's mother who cared for her until her passing. Having seen the realitites of aging and the sacrifices that her mother made in order to care for her aging parents, Yvette finds it satisfying to help people plan for the future and rewarding to work with those individuals that sacrifice and care for their family members.

Keeley Andrews

Paralegal

Keeley Andrews had the pleasure of knowing Lora Johnson prior to joining the Johnson & Associates team, as they worked together for a number of years at another valley law firm. In her former position, Keeley began as an estate planning paralegal and transitioned into a supervisory role within the advanced estate planning department, with a special emphasis on business/corporate matters. Keeley has been a member of the Johnson & Associates family since February of 2015 when she was hired on as Yvette Ashworth's paralegal, and is primarily involved with our guardianship/conservatorship matters.

When not at work, Keeley spends much of her personal time enjoying the outdoors. As an Arizona transplant born and raised in Washington State, Keeley will tell you she cannot get enough of the sunshine and warmth here in Arizona, and she wakes up everyday thankful for the blue skies. Hiking and country dancing are favorite pastimes and in a perfect world, she would be doing one or the other of those things most days of the week. Keeley loves to travel, to challenge herself to try new things, and to experience the most out of every situation that she possibly can. If she had to sum up her outlook on life, Keeley would say that a thankful, humble heart is of utmost importance and that each day is truly a gift.
